  • Carriers: We use FedEx Ground and other reliable carriers to deliver your order safely. Some items may ship via freight carriers; any special delivery instructions will be communicated.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery for any visible damage.

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
