Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing (Handling Time):
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Shipping Time:
    In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after processing. Larger items, freight shipments, or custom orders may require additional time. If a delay occurs, you will be notified by email.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using FedEx Ground and other trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Some oversized or heavy items may ship via freight carriers. Any special delivery instructions will be communicated prior to shipment.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at sales@indoorgolfocean.com.


Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@indoorgolfocean.com.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace damaged or missing items at no additional cost and provide guidance if further action is required.
