Thank you for choosing Indoor Golf Ocean! We are committed to providing premium indoor golf products, reliable delivery, and exceptional customer support. Please note that all sales are final, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
1. Order Processing & Cancellations
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by product and availability.
- Cancellations (0–24 Hours): Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge, provided the item has not shipped.
- Cancellations After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
2. Refused Deliveries
Refusing a delivery for reasons other than damage or our error will result in:
- No refund issued
- Customer responsible for outbound and return shipping costs
3. Returns & Exchanges
Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Email sales@indoorgolfocean.com with:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Resolution
If damage or defect is confirmed:
- We will replace the damaged item or parts at no additional cost, or
- Provide guidance if replacement is not possible
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a damaged or defective item cannot be replaced.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping, including:
- Custom golf enclosures or screens
- Software licenses (FSX, E6, TGC, etc.)
- Clearance, open-box, or final-sale items
- Replacement parts
- Used or installed items
- Items missing components, accessories, or packaging
