Thank you for choosing Indoor Golf Ocean. We are committed to delivering premium indoor golf equipment with reliable service and support. Please note that all sales are final, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
1. Order Processing & Cancellations
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on product availability.
- Cancellations (0–24 Hours): Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no charge, provided the item has not shipped.
- Cancellations After 24 Hours: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refused Deliveries
Refusing a delivery for reasons other than damage or our error will result in:
- No refund issued
- Customer responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
3. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and follow the same process as returns.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Email sales@indoorgolfocean.com with:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Resolution
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will replace the item or necessary parts at no additional cost, or
- Provide an appropriate solution if replacement is not available
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if a damaged or defective item cannot be replaced.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping, including:
- Custom golf enclosures or screens
- Software licenses (FSX, E6, TGC, etc.)
- Clearance, open-box, or final-sale items
- Replacement parts
- Used or installed items
- Items missing components, accessories, or original packaging
