Indoor Golf Ocean Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Indoor Golf Ocean! We’re dedicated to providing premium indoor golf products, reliable delivery, and exceptional customer support. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.


Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by product and availability.

Free Cancellation (0–24 Hours):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge as long as it has not shipped.

After 24 Hours:
Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 3% administrative fee.

After Shipment:
Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


Refused Deliveries

Refusing a delivery without an approved reason may result in:

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • Deduction of outbound and return shipping costs from your refund


Returns

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Window

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at sales@indoorgolfocean.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping to ensure safe return.

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspections take 5–7 business days after the item arrives at the warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection approval.

Free Shipping Orders

If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost we covered will be deducted from the refund.


Brand-Specific Return Policies

Some brands allow returns within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee:

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will replace it at no cost

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made golf enclosures or screens

  • Software licenses (FSX, E6, TGC, etc.)

  • Clearance, open-box, or final-sale items

  • Replacement parts

  • Used or installed items

  • Items with missing components, accessories, or packaging


Inspection & Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after arrival

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days if approved
