Free Shipping

  • Most orders include free shipping. Some oversized or special-order items may have additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping policies may vary based on our manufacturer arrangements. If you’re unsure about shipping charges for your order, please contact us.
  • All large items are delivered curbside only, unless otherwise arranged in advance. If unloading requires special equipment, the customer is responsible for having a forklift or similar equipment available at delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
  • Estimated Arrival: Your order is expected to arrive within 6–12 business days from the order date.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx Ground and other trusted freight carriers for deliveries.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at sales@indoorgolfocean.com.

Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Check your items upon delivery for any visible damage. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Order Refusal Policy

  • Orders refused for reasons other than damage or shipping errors may incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs.
