Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 5-9 business days, depending on the shipping destination. In the event of delays resulting from a high volume of orders or issues with postal services beyond our control, we will promptly contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with your order.
We provide free shipping within the United States, with the exception of certain regions: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Shipping outside of the USA is not available, with some exceptions. If the website permits you to proceed with checkout and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Additionally, select products are available for shipping to Canada.
We require customers to provide a Shipping Address Phone Number for our products, given their size and value.
Launch Monitor Shipments: Launch Monitors are shipped directly from Indoor Golf Ocean the next business day to prevent any delays.
In-Store Pickup: We do not offer the option for in-store pickup.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and offer a full refund of the order amount (exclusions may apply). For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy (Before Order Ships): To cancel an order and avoid a 3% merchant processing fee, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send your cancellation request promptly via email to sales@indoorgolfocean.com. If the order has already left the warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost along with the 3% merchant processing fee. Should an order be canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return, subjecting it to return shipping costs and restocking fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded since they are produced specifically for your order. All sales are considered final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@indoorgolfocean.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days. However, please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any associated shipping costs throughout the returns and exchange processes.

As we procure our products directly from manufacturers, our ability to offer refunds is contingent upon the manufacturer's return policy. This can vary depending on the specific brand and product. Due to the significant increase in LTL/freight shipping expenses, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs. Damages
Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, it's essential to make note of it when signing for delivery. Should your items arrive damaged, kindly send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, accompanied by a brief description of the damage to sales@indoorgolfocean.com. We will then initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that photos and videos for freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival, as any delay may invalidate the freight damage claim. Additionally, any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within the same 24-hour timeframe.
Warranty
