Order Processing & Cancellation

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days based on availability.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not shipped.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a 3% processing fee.

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery (except due to shipping damage or an error on our part), shipping fees and return costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

This ensures compliance with manufacturer warranties and shipping insurance policies.
