We’ve got you covered with resources to help you through every step of setting up your new frame and screen. Start by using the color-coded pipe kit and connectors to assemble the frame. Once the frame is set, attach the black surround, impact screen, foam padding, and side barrier netting. It’s a straightforward process designed to get you up and running in no time.
Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If you need to return an item for any reason within 30 days, simply pay the return shipping and a restocking fee—it’s that straightforward.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To arrange a return, please contact Indoor Golf Outlet. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email notification. We’ll let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and/or bank’s policy.
Eligible products for return/exchange must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories. If the product shows visible signs of wear and use or is missing items to the extent that it can no longer be resold as “new,” it will be classified as refurbished and a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
